Your main responsibilities will include:
Incoming Call Management:
*Promptly answer incoming calls with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
*Address customer inquiries, providing detailed information about our comprehensive range of home improvement services.
Lead Generation and Qualification:
*Proactively identify and generate new prospects by leveraging various channels and strategies.
*Qualify leads by ensuring they meet our criteria for potential home improvement projects, based on predefined guidelines.
Appointment Scheduling:
*Efficiently schedule appointments for qualified leads, coordinating with the appropriate sales or service representative.
*Minimize wait time for potential clients, enhancing their experience and engagement with our services.
Customer Service Excellence:
*Maintain a consistently positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
*Prioritize customer satisfaction, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
CRM Management:
*Diligently update and manage customer records within our company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
*Ensure that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date, enabling the team to deliver personalized services.
Process Development:
*Continuously evaluate job-related processes, seeking opportunities for improvement.
*Propose and document best practices to enhance efficiency and consistency within the role, contributing to the overall success of the sales support team.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or call center role is advantageous.
Experience in lead generation, appointment scheduling, or working with a CRM system can be a significant asset.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not always mandatory.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital for effectively conveying information and maintaining a positive customer experience.
