Job Description:
Role Overview: The Affiliate Management Support Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our affiliate relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting administrative tasks. This role is essential in helping our full-time Affiliate Manager focus on high-level strategies while ensuring all operational aspects are meticulously managed.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Building:
– Assist in nurturing and building relationships with affiliates when the Affiliate Manager is occupied.
– Proactively engage with affiliates to ensure they feel valued and supported.
– Act as a reliable point of contact for affiliates, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

2. Email Management:
– Respond to affiliate email requests with personalized and thoughtful replies.
– Ensure all communications are timely, accurate, and aligned with our company’s voice and standards.
– Track and manage email correspondence to maintain comprehensive records.

3. Administrative Support:
– Handle various administrative tasks to support the affiliate management team.
– Organize and maintain affiliate records and documentation.
– Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.

4. Quality Assurance:
– Conduct QA checks to ensure all communications, campaigns, and processes are accurate and error-free.
– Identify and address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
– Develop checklists and standard operating procedures to enhance accuracy.

5. Process and Systems Management:
– Develop and implement efficient processes and systems to streamline affiliate management tasks.
– Continuously improve workflow to enhance productivity and accuracy.
– Maintain and update process documentation regularly.

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in affiliate marketing, customer service, or administrative support is preferred.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
– A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
