This is not your typical position; in this role, you are the vital force that propels the sales pipeline forward and fuels success of our revenues. You will play an instrumental role in ensuring seamless sales process and client experience.

You’ll be managing our sales pipeline data, issuing campaigns, and attending to coordinating sales business agendas, all pivotal aspects that create a substantial impact on the business.

In your role as Sales Suport Specialist, you’ll prove to be more than just an administrator – you’ll be sales reliable right hand to our most valued asset – OUR SALES PIPELINE. You will be instrumental in a multitude of tasks. With your unwavering support, our sales and marketing team will be able to focus on steering the company towards greater heights, knowing that the finer details of finding great opportunities are in your capable hands.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities include:

Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Overview:
Your role encompasses various aspects of business development, sales data and reporting, and client management. You will be instrumental in identifying potential customers, cultivating leads, and driving sales growth for the company. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall sales and marketing efforts.

Sales Associate – Accountabilities:

This position will report directly to Alan Longstreth, the Director of Client Services, and will serve as his primary support person in all sales endeavors.

1. Lead Generation:
• Source qualified lead gen prospects and actively contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.
• Utilize various research sources including website analytics, social media, events/tradeshows, telemarketing, email blasts, mailers, searches, and industry news to generate leads.
• Compile and pre-qualify lists of potential clients based on specific criteria such as geographic fit, project scope capabilities, and decision-making authority.

2. Client Pipeline Data Management:
• Manage and curate lists of target client prospects for sales and marketing campaigns.
• Arrange calls and meetings with clients and prospects as needed.
• Implement drip campaigns and other nurturing strategies to keep leads engaged and progress them through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain and follow up on all proposals, bids, and leads.

3. Business Development Support:
• Collaborate with third-party call center, Abstrakt, to generate qualified leads for setting appointments for sales.
• Act as the primary support person in sales efforts, spearheading outreach and touches to facilitate new sales opportunities.
• Assist Business Development in maintaining customer relationships and supporting specific project pursuits.
• Provide technical expertise and advice during the sales process.

4. Sales Support:
• Conduct target prospect Company/Contact Research as needed.
• Assist in managing CRM and arranging calls and meetings with clients and new prospects.
• Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot for tracking potentials, opportunities, campaigns, and touches, ensuring efficient sales process management.

5. Customer Engagement, Outreach & Relationship Management:
• Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients through various communication channels such as calls, emails, LinkedIn.
• Regularly contact clients via surveys to gauge satisfaction with project progress and results.
• Manage the customer survey process and customer NPS score board to measure customer satisfaction ratings.

You will therefore need to have:

Training and experience with some form of CRM systems is required
2-3 years of experience working in sales, lead gen, outbound calling, CRM management, customer service engagement as well as sales support
Capability to keep a pipeline full of the future clients needed for the organization, keeping organised and a keen attention to detail in conjunction with excellent communication skills is paramount
Proven experience in sales support, lead generation, and cutting-edge technical savvy skills
Strong accountability and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using MS Office software and Teams

Brownie points for:
Experience with HubSpot and Building Connected software
Experience in graphic design

Full-time and fully remote role
Flexible working hours that are consistent or overlap with our working hours in USA Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Paid Vacation Time Off (PVTO) up to a total of 80 hours PTO time as accrued is available annually
Paid Sick Time Off (PSTO) up to twenty-four (24) hours of sick time is available annually, with rollover
Eligibility to enrol immediately in Fiorilli Construction’s “Gain Share” Incentive Pay plan – TO EARN BONUSES OF 10% – 20% more than you base compensation base on YOUR performance.
Concentrated Time Off (CTO) Work Shifts (aka ‘8.5/80’ Plan). The team follows a 2-week Work Shift (80 hours, 10 working days) that incorporates 8.5-hour days, Monday through Thursday (adding 2 hrs weekly), with every other Friday requiring only a 4-hour shift (1/2 day). That’s approximately 26 Friday afternoons OFF!
Holiday pay – all major USA holidays
