This position is US-Based, 100% Remote, Full time position. Part time available.
The No Panic Corporation is a start-up sports organization specializing in volleyball, pickle ball, performance training and electronic sports market in the Washington D.C. area. No Panic began it’s journey in July 2013, and amassed a strong presence in the Washington D.C. metro area for over a decade. We currently run two sports gyms since acquiring our own facilities in 2021. We plan to open up 2-3 more facilities in the east coast of the US by 2025. By 2030, we plan to have expanded to multiple areas of the US. We’re growing everyday!
The Sales Support Specialist must have excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and etiquette when responding to emails, messages and over the phone. Exercises initiative and utilizes good business judgment and strong planning skills in prioritizing items for attention and action with minimal day-to-day supervision.
This role is expanding and we seek someone who is willing to learn new processes, technologies and provide feedback to remain agile and provide value to our customers and clients. There are definite promotional opportunities!

DATA ENTRY AND MANAGEMENT DUTIES:
CRM // HUBSPOT MANAGEMENT
– communicating with new leads from inbox.
– turning leads into quotes and assigning to sales personnel.
– sending out communication follow ups via phone or email or messaging.
– data entry of new clients and updating existing business clients.
– landing page creation.
NOTION // PROJECT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
– prepare tasks, editing properties, and tasking items to sales team.
– Data entry organization.
CONSTANT CONTACT // EMAIL MANAGEMENT
– Help the sales team gather new leads for sponsorships, messaging and phone calls.
– Basic Email marketing design for information purposes to clients and markets.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:
– Handle administrative duties for the sales department or team.
– Usage of Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
– Google product knowledge: drive, docs, sheets, slides, meet, calendar etc.
– Knowledge of entry – level graphic editing through Adobe products (Photoshop & Illustrator), basic HTML, Wix, WordPress.
– Meet regularly with sales representatives and President via Google Meet and/or Discord.
CUSTOMER SERVICE DUTIES:
– Strong customer service experience to converse with clients as needed.
– Receiving calls via HUBSPOT CRM and directing new sales leads to the correct athletic program for the sales team to close deals.
OTHER SPECIALIZED RECOMMENDED SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED):
– Human Resource experience.
– Sales experience.
– Lead generation and research.
– Social media experience, Meta and Instagram, for promoting and advertising.
– Quickbooks online plus knowledge

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
– High School Diploma.
– College Degree recommended, but not required.
– 1-2 year minimum in a Sales Support Specialist role or equivalent.
