Job Overview: As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between our vendors and internal teams. You will be responsible for managing sales communications, handling billing and payments, and supporting our sales efforts. This position requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in various software tools, and a good understanding of hosting industry terms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Vendor Communication: Maintain regular communication with our hosting company and data center vendors via email, tickets, and Skype.
• Sales Tracking: Use Google Sheets to track and manage sales communications, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
• Outbound Emails and Tickets: Initiate and manage outbound emails and tickets to prospective vendors to establish and maintain partnerships.
• Billing and Payments: Handle billing and payments for vendors, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize Outlook for email communications, Google Sheets for tracking and reporting, and basic functions of WHMCS (training provided if needed).
Qualifications:
• Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in using Outlook, Google Sheets, and Skype.
• Hosting Knowledge: Basic knowledge of hosting industry terms and concepts.
• WHMCS Knowledge: Basic understanding of WHMCS is preferred but training will be provided if necessary.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, particularly in the hosting industry.
• Technical Skills: Basic technical knowledge related to web hosting and data centers.
