Sales Support Skills: Experience in sales or customer service with a keen interest in providing support to the sales team.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems, office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace), and virtual collaboration tools.
Typing Speed: At least 55 words per minute for efficient handling of client interactions and data entry.
Reliability: Strong time management skills and dependability.
High Emotional Intelligence: Ability to engage positively with clients and colleagues, managing emotions and understanding others.
Stable Internet Connection: A fast and reliable internet connection (minimum Ping 20 ms) to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
