HelpGrid is a inhouse BPO, Established in 2014, supporting 30,000 customers every day across 8 countries. The company’s Outbound division specializes in abandoned cart recovery, helping tens of online retailers recuperate thousands (some even $100K+) in sales thanks to our AMAZING team of agents. The ideal candidate is a responsible, dependable, hands-on individual with a positive “can do” personality, and exceptional multitasking skills.
The Team Leader is responsible for leading, motivating, and developing the Outbound Sales Team to ensure the efficient running of the call center, and exceeding sales targets.

Main responsibilities
Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them.
Hosting 1:1’s and team meetings.
Keeping up to date with business development and new product lines.
Manage day-to-day line activities, prioritize and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures toward achieving SLAs.
Use company methodology, team input, and own initiative to ensure attendance and retention targets are achieved.
Manage the fair and consistent application of performance management and disciplinary measures as necessary.
Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction.
Directly supporting sales representatives in answering calls when necessary.
Support Managers to highlight operational risks and areas for improvement.
Escalate any appropriate problems to senior management.
System reporting and monitoring business needs (inbound calls, tickets, etc.).

Required Qualifications:
At least 2 – 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
At least 1-2 years of work experience in sales.
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent leadership skills.
Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
Coaching and communication skills.
Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations.
Energetic and motivating individual.
Creative thinking.
Proficient Microsoft office knowledge.

How We Work:
40 hours/5 days per week
Working hours according to the
Contractor Agreement
