Sales Team Leader Needed

At Ezy Pzy Finance we’re looking for an experienced sales team leader, to join our rapidly expanding team asap, who can manage, support and develop our agents to ensure all business KPI’s are being hit.

As a company we help Australian business owners to access unsecured business loans for their business and connect them to some of the top non-bank lenders, with funding within 24 hours.

You’ll be managing a small team and supporting them through daily team meetings, strategy sessions on deals, pipeline management, sales training and more. Helping them individually and as a company to hit all KPI’s consistently.

This is a fast-paced role with constant micro-management required, so a natural ability to handle stress and work well under pressure is a MUST.

To succeed in the role, you also must be a PEOPLE PERSON, with a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy, as that will help you to build and maintain relationships with our team.

As the team hits their KPI’s, you’ll be able to earn significant commissions on top of your very attractive base salary of $2000 USD p/month (after probation).

Full training on the above will be provided for the right candidate.

YOU MUST:

-Have proven experience with managing and leading sales teams
-Ability to manage stress well and work in a high paced environment
-Ability to micro-manage teams to a high degree
-Ability to run constant meetings throughout the day with our agents
-Have a high level of sales experience
-Business loan / finance industry experience preferred
-Proven ability to hit company KPI’s consistently
-Have Fluent English – C2 Advanced
-Have experience with CRMs and data entry
-Be reliable, driven and hardworking
-Have the ability to work at least 45 hours p/w, Mon-Fri
-Ability to work with us long-term, minimum 12 months
-Willing to learn and improve
