We’re Looking For:
A motivated Sales Support Specialist who wants to help us do great things. You’ll need to get to know the ins and outs of our sales areas: Dealer or Self-service, Amateur Radio, and Consumer Radio. You should be ready to learn a lot about what we sell by checking out not just what we do but what others do too. This job is for someone who can handle different tasks, understand how sales work, and is ready to take on more as we grow. Knowing about A.I. and being able to talk well in English, especially on the phone, is a big plus.
What You’ll Do:
– Learn about our products and how they’re used.
– Study our competitors and figure out how we may dominate our market.
– Use A.I. to do routine tasks while we focus on the big stuff.
– Speak with customers and industry experts, sometimes on the phone, in clear English.
– Be prepared to grow personally and professionally.
– Operate/learn and become proficient at HubSpot CRM.
What You Need:
– Sales experience: Proven track record of sales success and understanding of sales strategies or a strong desire to learn sales.
– People skills: A genuine love for working with people and the ability to engage with a wide range of customers.
Problem-solving abilities: Proficient in assessing customer problems and guiding them to the appropriate product solution.
– Technology adeptness: Experience with HubSpot and familiarity with AI integration in the sales process is a plus.
– Be eager to learn about our products and the market.
– Good at speaking and writing in English.
– Ready to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
