**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing operations, managing communications, and contributing to the growth of our platform. Having experience or deep understanding within web design, Information Technology, and data analytics is strongly recommended. If you are passionate about helping minority-owned businesses and have excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you!

**Key Responsibilities**:

Web Design:
– Manage, track activity and organize websites for clients. Have a good understanding of using Webflow and communicating specific Webflow needs.
-Ability to make minor website updates without vendor support.
-Understand how to communicate with customers and vendors to complete website work.
-Ability to understand customer needs, for sections of webpages.
– Actively anticipating customer needs when customer is unsure, needs help or recommendations.
-Understand website hosting. A background within information technology is a plus.
-Organization skills in managing information in excel tracker.

1. **Social Media Management**:
– Manage and update social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
– Schedule and post daily content.
– Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
– Monitor trends and analyze social media performance metrics.
– Prepare monthly reports on social media growth and engagement.

2. **Community Group Engagement**:
– Identify and join relevant industry-related and local business groups.
– Actively participate in group discussions and share valuable content.
– Monitor and ensure adherence to group rules.
– Respond to inquiries and engage with group members.

3. **Content Creation**:
– Craft engaging posts and design graphics/visuals using tools like Canva and Adobe Spark.
– Write compelling captions and copy for social media posts.
– Create a variety of content types, including infographics, videos, and articles.
– Maintain a consistent brand voice and adhere to brand guidelines.

4. **Client Outreach and Sales**:
– Research and identify potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn.
– Personalize outreach strategies to meet client needs.
– Schedule and conduct sales meetings using tools like Calendly.
– Follow up with potential clients and maintain communication history.

5. **Conducting Client Meetings**:
– Prepare for client meetings by researching their background and needs.
– Maintain professional communication and take active notes during meetings.
– Send follow-up emails and provide additional information as needed.

6. **Managing Client Relationships**:
– Schedule regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction.
– Discuss and document website update requirements.
– Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide high-quality service.

7. **Time Management and Reporting**:
– Prioritize daily tasks effectively.
– Use productivity techniques like time-blocking to avoid distractions.
– Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and participate in feedback sessions.
– Data entry skills are helpful for this position.

**Qualifications**:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
– Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
– Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work.
– Passion for supporting minority-owned businesses is a plus.
