JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a meticulous and technically savvy Sales Tracking Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong analytical mind, a knack for investigating issues, and a relentless pursuit of accuracy in commission and sales tracking. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying and resolving discrepancies in sales tracking, ensuring that all commissions are accurately recorded and reported.

Responsibilities:

Investigative Data Analysis
– Scrutinize data to identify and resolve discrepancies in sales tracking.
– Analyze performance metrics to ensure accurate commission calculations and reporting.

Dashboard Management
– Maintain and manage dashboards to monitor sales performance and track discrepancies.
– Ensure dashboards provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Technical Proficiency
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system integrations that impact commission and sales tracking.

Attention to Detail
– Conduct thorough investigations to ensure no commission is missed and all customer purchases are accurately tracked.
– Perform regular audits and cross-checks to maintain data integrity.

Problem-Solving Skills
– Develop creative and effective solutions to address system issues.
– Resolve discrepancies swiftly to minimize impact on sales and commission payments.

Negotiation and Communication Skills
– Identify and communicate discrepancies or potential issues with partners or internal teams.
– Negotiate solutions with partners or companies to rectify any commission-related issues.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Finance, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
– Proven experience in data/sales analysis and dashboard management.
– Technical proficiency with system integrations and troubleshooting.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions.
– Effective negotiation skills.
– Experience with affiliate programs and commission tracking.
– Have worked with referral/sales systems and knows how data is shared and tracked

Preferred Skills:
– Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
– Trading background/experience

Salary:
Up to $2,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
