Hey future team member! We’re looking for a Sales person to join our team and work remotely, connecting with cold leads and converting them into solid, long-term partnerships.
We are a retreats and teacher trainings marketplace () that connects people to authentic wellness experiences. We’re building bridges to yoga, helping people start the foundations of a practice which will truly help them blossom in life.
As we change the way people go on vacation, one person at a time, we’re ready to connect with new partnerships to meet steadily growing demand.
The Job Includes – Sales and Cold Calling
– Researching and connecting with potential retreat and teacher training hosts.
– Optimal lead conversion and relationship management.
– Working with our account managers to ensure product listings are set up correctly.
– Staying up to date on industry news, trends, and competitive offerings in the travel and retreat market.
– Working towards monthly targets.
– Regular reporting.
You are…
– A passionate and results-driven salesperson – Someone who takes the initiative and drives forward toward their target.
– Someone who thrives off the pressure of a continually moving workflow.
– An amazing communicator and relationship builder.
– Curious to learn the intricacies of our business niche, to be able to answer any questions thrown at you.
– Extremely organized and systematic in your working methods.
– Reliable and punctual – you commit to the role, you show up daily and with integrity.
– Someone who cares about making a difference in the world and is excited about being a part of a mission to spread yoga and wellness.
Requirements
– 2 years experience and proven track record in Sales within the travel and tourism industry.
– Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Ability to work independently showing strong initiative and proactivity.
– Available full-time (8hrs per day). Working within US Eastern and Pacific day time hours to allow full availability for calls.
– Schedule may shift depending on future market location focus.
– Location can be anywhere in the Philippines but must have a proper internet connection. At least 20Mbps internet speed.
