We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team and help us expand our client base.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Virtual Assistant to support our growing sales department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and possess the ability to multitask effectively. This role involves lead generation, customer outreach, sales support, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the sales team.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients and markets for drone light shows.
Compile and update lists of prospects in our CRM system.

Initial Outreach:
Draft and send introductory emails to potential clients.
Follow up on initial contacts via email or phone.
Schedule meetings or calls with interested prospects.

Sales Support:
Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
Assist in creating and managing sales documentation and contracts.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline in our CRM system.
Customer Relationship Management:
Manage and update client information in the CRM.
Handle routine client inquiries and provide basic information about our services.

Market Research:
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings.
Provide insights on new opportunities and potential improvements in the sales strategy.

Administrative Support:
Manage the sales team’s calendar and schedule appointments.
Organize and maintain electronic files and records.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar sales support role.
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Experience with CRM software (preferably Freshsales CRM).
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office is required.
Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools and software.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good research skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in the drone or event management industry.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
