About This Sales Executive Assistant Role:
Our CEO (Juanita Coley) speaking engagements are our (Solid Rock Consulting) main source of lead generation. Because Juanita is viewed as a thought leader in the space of contact center operations, customer experience, employee experience and contact center technology; CCaaS and WFM companies and the contact center industry she is called on to speak on platforms such as Zoom, Five9, Verint, NICE, ICMI, just to name a few.
Those events are where our ideal customer shows up looking for experts that can speak to their challenges in contact center operations, customer experience, employee experience and contact center technology.
Our Sales Executive Assistant (EA) must be extremely organized, timely, and responsive. While our Sales EA will not be directly responsible for selling nor will the sales EA have a sales quota they must understand be able to quickly understand our services and complete sales training.
Because our main marketing and lead generation strategy is centered around our CEO personal brand and speaking schedule it is important that our Sales EA works closely with our CEO around scheduling appointments and follow up calls as needed.
You are a great fit for this Sales EA role if:
• You are able to quickly understand SRC Service offerings & buyer persona(s).
• You love making recommendations and talking to customers.
• You have strong communication skills.
• You deliver projects and task on time and with limited revisions required.
• You have experience with CRM tools.
As the Sales EA you will be responsible for:
• Answering incoming calls
• Responding to incoming inquires for more information
• Managing our CRM pipeline
• Sending the appropriate sales and marketing follow up materials.
• Setting appointments
• List Building and Importing
• Send post event follow up emails
