Key Responsibilities:
User Management: Create and manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure proper access control.
Data Management: Handle data imports, cleansing, and de-duplication.
Salesforce Customization: Create and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and process automation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather and document business requirements for Salesforce enhancements.
User Support: Provide training, documentation, and ongoing technical support to end users.
System Monitoring: Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, bugs, and user-reported problems.
Salesforce Optimization: Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.
Campaign Management: Configure, support, and troubleshoot CRM campaigns in Salesforce and dialer campaigns in GenesysCloud.
Data Reporting: Extract data, run existing reports and dashboards, and create new ones as needed.
Operational Efficiency: Look for ways to improve operational efficiencies and project management.

Experience & Qualifications:
Essential:
Previous experience in CRM campaign management.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including configuration, automation tools (Flows), customization, and data management.
Proven experience as a Salesforce administrator or similar role.
Competency in analytics, data, and reporting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Enthusiastic and adaptable team player.
Highly Advantageous:
Salesforce developer experience.
Previous experience with GenesysCloud.
Previous experience in Dialler management (GenesysCloud).
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Desirable:
Bachelor’s degree in a computational field.
