We are in URGENT NEED for a motivated and organized Salesforce (SF) Administrator to join our team.
Paradigm Financial Group, Inc. (PFGI) and College Planning Network (CPN), headquartered in Exton, Pennsylvania, have over 20 years of experience in wealth management, insurance, and college planning, utilizing HubSpot and Salesforce platforms, respectively. Due to continued growth and CRM initiatives, we are seeking a skilled SF Administrator and Marketing Cloud expert to join our team. As an SF Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining our platforms to optimize business processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders and independent programmer, provide user support, and contribute to develop and deploy system enhancements and new business processes.
As an expert in Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Lightning, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our marketing campaigns on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be open to applying their Salesforce knowledge to HubSpot (utilized by PFGI) to help optimize workflows and automations, and to build customized reports and reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities
– Maximize operational efficiencies using Salesforce Flow, new system enhancements (Summer ’23 release) and process evaluation.
– Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
– Partner with Operations team to implement changes to Salesforce configuration, customization, and manage system maintenance.
– Partner in the development of customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Skills Required
– Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests in a fast-paced environment.
– Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
– Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts.
– Ability to identify and communicate potential gaps or operational considerations to be reviewed in designing and implementing business requirements.
– A willingness to speak up and partner with operational leadership on configuration design.
– Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and best practices with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows and processes, custom views, implement third-party integrations and other content of intermediate complexity.
– A documented history of successful project completion.
– A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex processes.
Required Qualifications
– Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
– Salesforce Admin (ADM201)
