We are hiring a Salesforce Architect who will be responsible to provide end-to-end solutions using Salesforce and Salesforce products and also mentor the Salesforce team. You will guide the customer and the team to implement robust and scalable solution models by implementing cost-effective and efficient tools and techniques.

Your Mission:

We are looking for a permanent Salesforce Architect who will be responsible for providing Salesforce support, system administration, and ensuring data integrity.

What you`ll do:

– Lead Salesforce architecture and technical expert; design, create and enhance application architecture and assist the client to shape their architectural vision and roadmap plan.
– Troubleshoot and manage all the support requests from the client. The team this role will be working with includes a Project Manager and a Senior Reporting & Data Analyst alongside the Operations Lead. There are no other technical experts for Salesforce on this team. The client has roughly 100 team members globally.
– Full development and management of the development, partial, and production Salesforce environments and following a diligent process of ideation, development, and the UAT before implementing and pushing into Production.
– Work in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of the organization.
– Suggest and implement smart integrations to improve and evolve the client’s Salesforce environment in line with new releases, features, and evolving technologies.

Required Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent.
– 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
– Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Platform Development 1, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder Certified.
– Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

Desired Qualifications:

– Knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and C++ will be considered an advantage.
– Knowledge or certifications in Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer 1, LWCs, Integrations, etc.
– Knowledge of XML, SOAP, and REST APIs.
– Good understanding of Agile Methodologies.
