You’re the bridge between our technical teams and clients, translating business needs into actionable Salesforce solutions. As an Salesforce Business Analyst, you will provide excellence by:

* Engage and Satisfy Clients: Directly interact with clients to gather requirements and understand their needs, ensuring high satisfaction.

* Apply Salesforce Expertise: Use your knowledge to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, ensuring successful project delivery.

* Facilitate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the technical team, ensuring clear and effective communication.

* Manage Requirements: Oversee the collection, documentation, and analysis of business requirements, ensuring they are accurately translated into functional and technical specifications.

* Drive Project Success: Collaborate with the project manager and technical team to ensure projects stay on track and meet client expectations.

* Support Pre-Sales Activities: Assist in the development of proposals, SOWs, and presentations, providing expert input to secure client agreements.

* Ensure Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized documentation of requirements, solutions, and project progress.

Requirements
Do you have what it takes to be our Salesforce Business Analyst?

Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:

* 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.

* 2+ years of Mid-Market or Enterprise delivery or project experience.

* Strong experience with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

* Demonstrated ability to understand business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

* Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in working in a client advisory role.

* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

* Must be presently residing in the Philippines

Expected Work Hours and Timezone

This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home opportunity. You are expected to work 40 hours weekly, 8 am – 5 pm EST (US Time)
