Job Description:

As a Salesforce Developer at our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of our business. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration and automation of workflows, ultimately enhancing our business processes.

Responsibilities:

Object Manager: Design, develop, and maintain custom objects, fields, and relationships within Salesforce to support business needs.
Flow Builder: Create and manage complex flows to automate business processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Workflow Implementation and Automation: Develop and implement workflows, process builders, and approval processes to streamline operations and improve user experience.
Email Integration: Integrate Salesforce with email platforms to facilitate seamless communication and marketing automation.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular data audits, deduplication, and cleansing processes.
Apex Development: Write and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and test classes to support custom functionality.
Visualforce and Lightning Components: Develop and customize Visualforce pages and Lightning components to enhance the user interface and experience.
API Integration: Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
Salesforce Security: Implement and manage security settings, including user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to maximize their use of Salesforce.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve our Salesforce implementation.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II) preferred.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
Proficiency in Salesforce Object Manager, Flow Builder, workflow implementation, and automation.
Experience with email integration and marketing automation tools.
Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Experience with API integration and data management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Understanding of Salesforce security and compliance requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
