As a Salesforce Engineer/Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, ensuring that our Salesforce implementations are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly.

Responsibilities:

– Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions and applications on the Salesforce platform.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create solutions that meet business objectives.
– Configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce to improve user experience and streamline business processes.
– Perform system integration tasks, data migration, and quality assurance testing.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing support for end-users.
– Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator) is a plus.
– Proven experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization.
– Strong knowledge of Salesforce technologies (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, etc.).
– Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications.
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
– Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
– Experience working in the US Pacific Time Zone is preferred.
