Role Overview:
As a Salesforce Administrator and Developer, you will play a crucial role in managing our clients’ Salesforce environment. Your responsibilities will include handling platform updates, designing and implementing flows, Apex Triggers, formula fields, validation rules, process builder, reports, and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage Salesforce platform updates to ensure smooth operations
– Design and implement various Salesforce components, such as flows, Apex Triggers, formula fields, validation rules, and process builder
– Create insightful reports and dashboards to track business performance
– Conduct thorough testing and promptly resolve any identified bugs
Requirements:
– Proven experience in Salesforce administration and development
– Proficiency in creating flows, Apex Triggers, formula fields, validation rules, process builder, reports, and dashboards
– Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for identifying and rectifying bugs
– Must have a VPN with access to Canadian servers
– Reliable, able to provide services on an as-needed basis
– Salesforce certifications are highly desirable
– Knowledge of both Salesforce Classic and Lightning experience
