You will work closely with our Salesforce development and administration teams to guarantee that our Salesforce implementation meets our business needs and complies with industry standards. This position will be responsible for:
– Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance on changes to our Salesforce platform, ensuring they meet the requirements and function as intended.
– Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify and report defects, inconsistencies, and issues.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Salesforce applications with business requirements.
– Ensuring that any system changes perform as expected.
– Perform regression testing to verify that system changes do not adversely impact existing functionality.
– Identify, document, and track issues, and work with the development team to facilitate issue resolution.
– Provide recommendations for improvements in Salesforce configuration and custom development to enhance system
performance and user experience.
– Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and industry trends to ensure the company’s technology remains cutting-edge.
Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
– Proven experience in quality assurance for Salesforce implementations.
– Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Quality Assurance certifications are a plus.
– Strong understanding of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and declarative development.
– Proficient in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
– Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Detail-oriented, analytical, and a problem solver.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Work Hours:
8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST, Mondays thru Fridays
