Job Summary:
Ezy Fix Windscreens is a leading automotive glass repair and replacement company, and we are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Salesperson to join our team. The Salesperson will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our customer base in the automotive glass repair industry.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target potential customers, including individuals, auto repair shops, insurance companies, and fleet managers.
– Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our services to potential clients, showcasing the quality and value of Ezy Fix Windscreens.
– Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
– Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
– Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and quotes in our system.
– Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Reliable internet connection, fast computer and good, quiet working environment
