– **Client Relationship Management:** Cultivate enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their staffing needs are consistently met with the utmost efficiency.
– **Sales Targets:** Relentlessly pursue and surpass sales objectives, contributing to the agency’s revenue and profitability.
– **Market Research:** Keep a pulse on industry movements, competitive landscape, and client requirements to inform and adapt sales strategies.
– **Negotiation:** Expertly negotiate contracts and terms, achieving favorable results for our clients and Rite Konnection.
– **Team Collaboration:** Work in tandem with marketing and recruiting teams to guarantee client satisfaction and the fulfillment of staffing requisites.

**Requirements:**
– Demonstrable sales experience, ideally within staffing or a related field, with a history of achieving sales goals.
– In-depth knowledge of the healthcare and IT sectors, with the capacity to address specific client needs and industry trends.
– Exceptional communication prowess to effectively converse with clients and candidates.
– Resilience to navigate a competitive sales landscape and rebound from challenges.
– Self-motivated with the discipline to independently drive sales and exceed targets.
