Work Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM CST

Responsibilities:

1. Appointment Confirmation: Ensure scheduled appointments are confirmed and details are communicated effectively.
2. Appointment Booking: Proactively schedule and manage appointments with potential clients.
3. Prospect Quality Confirmation: Assess and confirm the quality of prospects through effective communication.
4. Spreadsheet Organization: Maintain organized and up-to-date spreadsheets related to leads, appointments, and prospect data.
5. GHL Organization: Manage and organize data in our CRM system (GHL) for efficient tracking and reporting.
6. Communication: Utilize various channels (email, text messages, calls) for effective communication with prospects.
7. Follow-up with Prospects: Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture and convert leads.
8. Client Satisfaction and Customer Service: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and responsiveness.
9. Big Company Prospecting: Identify and pursue opportunities with larger corporations to expand our client base.
10. Task Management: Keep tasks and activities on track, meeting deadlines and expectations.
11. Calendar Management: Maintain a calendar full of profile clients, meeting the expectation of a robust client portfolio.
12. Brochure and Package Creation: Develop and edit marketing materials, including brochures and packages.
13. Sales Calls: Conduct sales calls, contributing to the sales efforts of the team.

Requirements:
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Proven experience in sales or lead generation
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in CRM systems and spreadsheet software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Applicants must have access to a personal computer with full operational capacity to seamlessly utilize web-based software applications required for the role
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
