**Position Overview:**
Market Super Force, LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative / Virtual Assistant with a proven track record in selling B2B services in different parts of the United. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively follow a script while excelling in warm lead development through client conversations.

**Responsibilities:**
Sales Strategy Execution:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to promote and sell our services to Water Damage Restoration and Mold removal companies in the United States.
– Engage in warm lead development through effective communication during client conversations.
Client Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
– Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
Script Adherence:
– Consistently follow a sales script to convey key selling points and effectively communicate the value proposition of our medical staffing services.
– Tailor scripts to address specific client needs and concerns.
Market Research:
– Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
– Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Sales Reporting:
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
– Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and progress toward goals.

**Qualifications:**
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively in warm lead development conversations.
– Demonstrated ability to follow a sales script while adapting to the unique needs of each client.
– Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
– Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
– Ability to work during US Eastern Time Zone.
– Proficiency in SPEAKING English is a must!
