We are a full body waxing and hair removal salon that is looking for a friendly, energetic and positive receptionist who embodies hospitality and excellent customer service. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are key traits that we are looking for. Our ideal candidate will be exceptional at customer service and has strong organizational skills. Interpersonal skills will be very important, since you’ll often be acting as a point of contact between manager, employees and guests.
Salon Receptionist responsibilities include greeting guests when they call, answering guest’s questions about services via phone, email, and processing transactions. To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized and able to manage guests with grace, even during peak demand.
Ultimately, you will help boost our reputation by building friendly, trusting relationships with guests.
Job Requirements
– Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
– Scheduling for 10+ service providers
– Appoint, confirm, and reschedule reservations as needed and required according to our policy.
– Process online payments
– Provide excellent customer service
– Calling previous guests to get them back on the books for services
– Sales of services and products by building friendly, trusting relationships with guests.
– Reflect the values of our company
– Follow up with all guests to ensure their problems are resolved.
– Enter and maintain accurate guest records in the Zenoti POS system.
– Increase guest loyalty to by utilizing the consultative sales process to better meet our current guest needs.
– Ability to work weekends is a must. Experience with customer service, hospitality and/or retail strongly preferred.
– Full-time position with ability to work evenings and weekends.
– You must be able to work 40 hours a week.

8:30am to 8:30pm Pacific Standard Time Monday Through Friday
8:30am to 6:00pm Pacific Standard Time Saturdays
10am to 6pm Pacific Standard Time Sundays
