Virtual Assistant – Multi-faceted Rockstar Needed!

We’re seeking a virtual assistant who’s as multifaceted as we are, someone who can wear (and slay!) many hats to help us take our businesses to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

Digital Course Downloads:
Develop outlines and scripts for online courses across personal branding, hair styling, and travel planning.
Research and compile engaging content (e.g., videos, tutorials, worksheets).
Design visually appealing course materials using online platforms like Canva.
Manage the upload and launch process on various learning platforms (e.g., Udemy, Skillshare).
E-commerce Expansion:
Assist with opening and managing an Amazon seller account for our product line.
Research and identify additional online marketplaces for product sales.
Develop product listings and marketing copy that entice customers.
Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize product offerings and pricing.
Marketing Maven:
Brainstorm and implement creative marketing strategies across social media, email marketing, and other online channels.
Craft compelling content (e.g., blog posts, social media captions) that resonates with our target audiences.
Manage our social media presence, engaging with followers and building communities.
Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the success of our marketing efforts.
In-Person Education:
Assist with the development of in-person workshops and courses for personal branding, hair styling, and travel planning.
Create detailed course outlines, schedules, and materials.
Manage logistics and registrations for in-person events.
Networking Ninja:
Research and identify potential networking events and conferences relevant to our businesses.
Assist with planning and organizing our attendance at such events.
Help us connect with key influencers and collaborators within our industries.
Travel Trendsetter:
Craft personalized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
Research and recommend destinations, activities, and accommodations.
Assist with booking flights, hotels, and tours.
Develop travel-themed content (e.g., blog posts, vlogs) to inspire future adventures.

Who You Are:

A highly motivated and organized individual with a can-do attitude.
A master of multitasking who can prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
Proficient in using a variety of digital tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Google Suite, social media platforms).
Experience with e-commerce, online course creation, marketing, event planning, or travel would be a bonus.
A passion for personal branding, hair styling, and travel is a must!
