We are currently seeking a highly skilled SAP ERP Specialist to join our team and manage various ERP tasks including accounts receivable, stock intake, and deliveries.

**Position Overview:**
We are looking for an experienced SAP ERP Specialist who is fluent in English to oversee and manage customer payments, stock intake, follow-up on deliveries, and related ERP tasks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP ERP systems, specifically in the areas of finance, logistics, and inventory management, and will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and timely customer interactions.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Monitor and manage accounts receivable processes using SAP ERP.
– Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
– Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
– Generate and review financial reports related to accounts receivable.
– Oversee stock intake processes and ensure accurate inventory records in SAP ERP.
– Coordinate and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
– Collaborate with the sales, customer service, and logistics teams to address payment, inventory, and delivery issues and disputes.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions, stock intake, and deliveries.
– Provide regular updates on accounts receivable, stock intake, and delivery status to senior management.
– Implement and maintain best practices for accounts receivable, inventory management, and logistics within the SAP ERP system.

**Qualifications:**
– Extensive experience with SAP ERP, particularly in the finance, inventory management, and logistics modules.
– Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proven track record in managing accounts receivable, stock intake, and deliveries in a similar role.
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
