Key Responsibilities:

Leadership in Scheduling and Dispatching: Take a leadership role in efficiently scheduling and dispatching our field technicians. Guide the team to ensure optimal resource utilisation and the highest level of service delivery.

Strategic Problem-Solving: Showcase your problem-solving prowess by quickly identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts and unexpected changes. Your ability to think strategically will be instrumental in maintaining smooth operations.

Meticulous Attention to Detail: Demonstrate an exceptional attention to detail in managing schedules and dispatch operations. Your precision will play a crucial role in avoiding errors and enhancing overall service quality.

Effective Communication: Lead clear and effective communication channels with internal teams, field technicians, and customers. Your leadership in communication will contribute to a seamless flow of information and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a scheduler or dispatcher.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of scheduling and dispatching.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with scheduling and dispatching software is highly desirable.
Customer service orientation and a collaborative team player.
