Hourly Rate: $7-$12/hour (US)

Job Description:

Outcomes:
Make sure all recurring and one time jobs are staffed even when lots of people quit, call in dead or just don’t show up all in the same day
Schedule & make sure the following happen: cleanings, quality checks, group interviews, customer happiness calls, weekly meetings, monthly parties & Monthly reviews
Make sure cleaners have all of the supplies & equipment they need to reach their outcomes

Expected time investment:
Depends on number of staff, recurring and one time jobs. Typically between 1-7 hours/ week.
Must be available to do scheduling tasks from 7am-11am Eastern Standard time zone.

Compensation:
Between $5-$10/ hour depending on achievement of outcomes described above.

Guidelines:
Have a minimum of one floater/ emergency cleaner for every 5 cleaners with a minimum of two at all time
Monitor hiring funnel to make sure you have sufficient new staff coming in and give feedback to owner if and when you don’t
Experience with the scheduling software “Jobber” is helpful.
