We are looking for an scheduler who has experience with outbound scheduling and appointment setting. This position requires critical thinking and excellent customer service skills via phone and email. This is an intermediate-advanced position requiring the ability to create schedules based upon various client locations and availability requiring the scheduler to create schedules that maximize productivity and minimize travel. The ideal candidate would be someone who has scheduled prior home healthcare visits or similar. Additionally, if you have a college degree in areas of accounting, nursing, pharmacy, or similar, then we want you to apply.
You must be proficient in writing and speaking English, and familiar with MS Teams, Outlook, Google Maps, and Excel. The more tech savvy you are, that is a plus in this position.
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years working as a scheduler/appointment setter.
