Job Description

Immediately hiring the right professional to help keep our organization happy and in order.

Primarily this job will consist of:
a. building complex work schedules which connect our clients with available appointment setters
b. responding to emails and texts from our clients and appointment setters when they have scheduling questions and requests
c. ensure specific client scheduling requests (such as, but not limited to: preferred call days, requested callers, etc) are executed in the calling schedule you will build
d. coordinating with the other schedulers or team members for any instructions or updates they need to know

This is a full time position (40 hours per week / 8 hours per day, M-F / 9 am – 5 pm US Pacific Time).

REQUIREMENTS:
a. Highly coachable, as they will work regularly with our operations manager and many of the clients on a regular basis.
b. Friendly, positive attitude, honesty, professionalism, hard work, and a willingness to learn new tasks and software.
c. Proficient in written English. BONUS: fluently spoken English
d. Comfortable with Google Sheets / Google Docs / Google calendar AND comfortable learning new software
e. You must be consistent and reliable, as this is a full-time, daily position.
f. Must have an eagle eye for details and be highly organized
g. Must have reliable computer, reliable home internet, and a plan/availability for back-up power or internet for any power interruption
