*What We Are Looking For:
SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
– the main task is to answer inbound calls from patients/therapists/case managers in a timely and friendly manner, evaluate and respond to their concerns, make outbound calls if necessary, and other related tasks

We pride ourselves on giving top-level care to our patients recovering from injuries or surgery in a home health setting.
*What To Expect:
– STRICTLY ATTENDANCE IS A MUST
– time-sensitive tasks
– fast-paced and stressful working environment

– catch-up quickly during the training
– daily tasks given must be completed before logging out (if cannot be done within the working hours, willing to extend hours but no OT pay)
*Qualifications:
– BPO experience or experience working from home is DESIRED
– Availability without other work commitments is DESIRED
– Healthcare experience is a SIGNIFICANT ADVANTAGE
– Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Perform well in a high-pressure environment
– Stable wired internet connection and reliable device with at least 8GB of RAM or higher
– Internet speed test: at least 20mbps (both download & upload)
– Comfortable and quiet workspace or environment, and a noise-canceling headset
– Back-up internet & power supply

* PART-TIME POSITION: $2.50/hour (non-negotiable; will assess after 30 days for salary increase)
* PAYROLL DATE: every 5th of the month through PAYONEER (non-negotiable)
* WORKING SCHEDULE:
– Monday to Friday: 9am-1:00pm US Pacific Standard Time (PST) or
– Monday to Friday: 1:30pm-5:30pm US Pacific Standard Time (PST)
