Total Care Connections is in search of a Scheduling & Staffing Coordinator who can blend these skills into a vital role supporting our operations team.

Your expertise will be fundamental in scheduling, care coordination, data entry, and other key administrative tasks. You’ll play a crucial role in our team, ensuring seamless experiences for both our caregivers and clients.

We’re currently looking to fill the following schedules:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST
Friday to Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. PST
Responsibilities:

Enter and manage all schedules in the system, coordinating 500+ client schedules with corresponding caregivers.
Ensure every shift is adequately staffed.
Input essential data into our client management system, including care plans, client information, caregiver and employee information, and payroll data.
Direct and monitor caregiver staff to ensure quality client service.
Obtain necessary authorizations and approvals to assure appropriate services and reimbursement.
Assist with training new caregivers on proper skills and protocols.
Act as a client advocate in disagreements with caregivers, family, or other care agencies.
Maintain professional interactions with both clients and employees.
Participate in quality management studies, documenting progress, and conducting quality control evaluations with clients and their families.
Answer all pages, telephone calls, or communications promptly and courteously.
Assume on-call duties outside of normal business hours.
Requirements:

Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
At least two years of administrative and/or service coordination experience.
Staffing or scheduling experience preferred.
Outstanding customer service skills and a desire to assist those in need.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing above 60 WPM.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
Quick-thinking and able to coordinate complex projects, including staffing and scheduling.
A professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
