Screen Calls & Appointment Setter

We are looking for someone to screen calls and set appointments for the owners of our company. Must have a mastery of the English language. Here is a draft of the screening. We will get you setup on the appropriate systems to schedule the appointments.

Appointment Setter Script

Hey this is NAME with The Deal Room. We got your application, and I wanted to ask you a few questions to see if we can get you an appointment with one of our founders, Jennings and Yeadon. This will take 10 mins or so. Is that ok?

1-Have you watched the 10 minute video explaining how the deal room works?

If no-OK, can you watch that before you get on a call with Yeadon/Jennings?

If YES or NO
2-So where are you at now with real estate?
Just sold all SFH

3-Do you have a current portfolio (flipped, wholesaled, SFH rentals, MF, etc)

4-So what do you do for a living? (hopefully real estate based OR they already have a portfolio)
Full time job- software engineer
Full time job-logistics/plan

5-Is this something you want to start now? Are you ready to go?

6-If you qualify and this is something you want to do, do you have the finances to do it? Its a $397 start up fee and $397 a month. -If NO, give them the free underwriting course and get them in free facebook group for more tools

7-Are you able to make the decision, or do you need to check with your spouse or partner? -if they need to check-will they be on the call with you?

OK, it looks like you qualify for me to schedule you for a call with Jennings or Yeadon. They will make the decision. Jennings (yeadon) is a pretty busy guy, I don’t want to schedule this and have you not show because it makes me look like i’m not doing my job. If I can get you on his schedule, do I have your word you will be there?
