I am looking for an experienced Screening Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a Screening Specialist to undertake efficient reviewing and screening of job applications and ensure that only qualified candidates proceed to the next stages. This position requires a keen eye for matching candidate skills with job requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members.
– This is a remote position.
– Must have experience or willing to work on a graveyard shift
– Salary is 30,000 – 45,000 PHP per month, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
– Review and screen incoming job applications to assess candidate qualifications
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate expectations
– Communicate with candidates to gather additional information and clarify details related to their applications
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate screening outcomes
– Provide feedback to candidates regarding the status of their applications
– Identify potential high-potential candidates for further consideration
– Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance screening processes and tools
– Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in candidate screening
Requirements:
– 2+ years of relevant screening experience
– Experience working with US-based or offshore clients
– Experience in sourcing candidates from LATAM, EMEA and APAC is a plus
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
– Experience working on a graveyard shift
– Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
– Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own
