The Screenshot Analyst will play a vital role in implementing and managing the screenshot feature within the Time Doctor software. They will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and ensuring the seamless functioning of this aspect to provide valuable insights and enhance productivity.

The ideal candidate for this position will be detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at managing and interpreting data from screenshot features within productivity tools. This role requires a meticulous individual who will play a critical role in ensuring compliance and maximizing productivity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Configuration and Deployment: Set up and configure the Time Doctor screenshot feature across the company, ensuring its integration with existing systems and tools.

Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly review and analyze the captured screenshots to ensure compliance with company policies and productivity standards. Provide insights based on the data collected.

Quality Control and Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and quality of the screenshots, troubleshooting any technical issues and maintaining the integrity of the captured data.

Training and Support: Assist the HR Manager in providing guidance and training to employees on the proper use of the screenshot feature, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Customization and Optimization: Customize screenshot settings to align with different employee requirements, ensuring the feature is optimized for various work processes.

Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with HR Manager to address concerns, improve processes, and generate daily reports and assessment that evaluate productivity and adherence to company guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

– Experience in configuring and managing screenshot features within time tracking or productivity software.
– Previous experience in configuring and managing screenshot functionalities within productivity software is preferred.
– Strong understanding of privacy, compliance, and ethical considerations related to screenshot monitoring.
– Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring data accuracy.
– Excellent communication skills to provide training and support to users.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from collected data.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and departments.
– Prior experience with Time Doctor or similar software is preferred.

SCHEDULE: Willing to work Monday-Friday, 9am – 6pm EST
