Script Writer

We are looking for a talented and innovative Scriptwriter to join our dynamic team at a rapidly growing faceless YouTube automation channel. This role requires a creative individual who can craft engaging, informative, and entertaining scripts that align with our channel’s themes and content strategy. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of YouTube’s audience and content trends, enabling them to produce scripts that maximize viewer engagement and support channel growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop original and captivating scripts for a variety of video content, including but not limited to educational, listicles, how-to guides, and explainer videos.
2. Research topics thoroughly using credible sources to ensure accuracy and reliability of the information presented in scripts.
3. Collaborate with the content strategy team to understand the channel’s content calendar and contribute ideas that enhance our editorial goals.
4. Adapt writing style to fit the channel’s voice and audience’s preferences, ensuring scripts are engaging and appropriate for faceless presentations.
5. Work closely with video editors and voiceover artists to ensure scripts are feasible for production and effectively convey the intended message.
6. Revise scripts based on feedback from content managers and analytics insights to improve engagement and watch time.
7. Manage multiple script projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of materials according to the content production schedule.
8. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in YouTube content creation, incorporating innovative approaches and ideas into scriptwriting.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a scriptwriter or similar role, with a portfolio of written scripts or published content.

Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to produce clear and compelling content.

Strong research abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with the YouTube platform and understanding of video content trends and viewer preferences.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
