Scriptwriter – Youtube Automation

YOUTUBE AUTOMATION – MULTIPLE POSITIONS
I am quickly hiring HIGHLY SKILLED and CREATIVE professionals to help me build several brands on YouTube. The end goal is a highly trafficked, regularly viral, monetizing machine that spits out addictive content daily to current and future YouTube visitors in a few different niches.
If you are a person who has a deep love for YouTube and specializes in one of the following key areas, I may be interested in working with you!
• Content Strategist and SEO
• Scriptwriter
• Voiceovers
• Video Editing
• Graphic Design with specialization in Thumbnail creation
• Project Management
This project is to kick off a 3-month (90 Day) trial period in September 2023. Based on the level of success a longer-term position with a pay raise for top performers will be considered.
The WORK:
Each brand will generate 5 long form videos per week (10-15 minutes in range) PLUS an accompanying Short to ensure content is being posted regularly. You will work on a team of 6 YouTube Automation Specialists to accomplish the weekly video goal and perform your task in order of the video creation process and in accordance with the brand standard. Work can be done at any time, but it must be completed by the deadline which will be set by the owner (me). You must have your own tools based on your job description and you must have prior experience and submit a sample to be considered. AI tools are okay if you can use your own knowledge to improve the result.
The brands deal with NBA niched Entertainment. If you do not know much about these topics, then you must be a self-learner capable of doing the necessary work upfront to be able to speak to them.
Your POSITIONS:
If you would like to be considered for one of the following positions:
• Content Strategist and SEO – finds applicable topics to create video content about based on what is highly searched, trending, has went viral, and other large performing channels in the same niche (dime, REBOUND). You find the keywords, the topic and come up with how we will talk about it on the channel in a charismatic and prolific way that will keep the viewers hooked – and ultimately binge watching us.
• Scriptwriter – Writes exceptional scripts that fit within the video time frame and talks in the language of our viewers. The grammar and terminology must be fitting to our age and educational background of the viewers and present the information in a creative and engaging way. You must know how to write calls to actions into the script to help the channel grow by attaining subscriptions, shares, and notification alerts.
• Voiceovers – You should have a voice we could drown in! Easy to listen to, full of energy, belief, hope, and love. The viewer should feel they are listening to their best friend and not a robot or salesperson. Your tone should be super believable and attractive.
• Video Editing – A master at viewer retention and engagement. Since these videos are faceless and you will be repurposing NBA footage you need to have access to an arsenal of content you can use. The imagery and video production should be extremely eye opening and addictive to viewing. You should be a master storyteller through visual manipulation and absolutely love pairing the visuals to the words and topics.
• Graphic Design with specialization in Thumbnail creation – An EXPERT cover artist that knows the extreme importance of a brand’s packaging. The YouTube thumbnails are of the most importance, and you should believe that too! Knowing how important and vital getting a thumbnail right should be something you take pride in and are willing to do over and over until a masterpiece is formed, but by the deadline of course!
• Project Management – you are a mini – me! Overseeing each step in the design process you will let our YouTube automation artists pass GO or redo their work based on the brand standard and in comparison, to what else is out there that is currently garnering millions of views. You have a special knack for quality and expertise. As an avid youtuber you know what a top performing video looks like and when it will bomb, and you call the shots with when an edit can go to the next step to ultimately presenting it to me. By the time it gets to me on or before the deadline you should already know I am going to LOVE It! If not, you are feverously getting the edits made so that the result can be posted. You are also responsible for posting the final and approved versions to the channel.

Email me a ROLE SPECIFIC resume. Do not send me Virtual Assistant/ VA Resumes. I am not hiring a VA. If your resume is sent to me with the title Virtual Assistant/VA and not ROLE SPECIFIC, you will be automatically disqualified!
Samples of your past work (at least 2 versions). If being considered for the Project Manager Role you can send me a summary of 2 previous job roles in which you performed project management and the details surrounding it.
A NEW SAMPLE from one of the following topics so that I know you have the capacity to understand my niche and can catch on quickly.

The PAY:
This is a PART-TIME Position, and you can make your own hours as long as you meet the deadlines and do not hold up the next step in the video creation process. I am offering $12 – $14 per video you help in creating. Based on the channel’s success, after 90 days the pay per video will be highly reconsidered.
