The Project Manager is a key leadership position on the marketing team for Aligned Intelligence® Inc. You will work with the CEO in managing the team, building a realistic project plan, delivering the outcomes on time, scheduling tasks, and delegating assignments. They need to track the progress and performance of the project, along with the performance and efficiency of their team members.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Analyzing business requirements with the help of CEO to support the company objectives
• Overseeing quality management for project outputs and deliverables
• Day-to-day management of team members to ensure targets are met and work is streamlined
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
• Delegating project tasks based on team members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Knowing what to expect, what to do next, and how to keep teammates focused and productive
• Knowing every detail of the given digital project at any given moment, and serve as the “go-to” for all other members
• Have mastery and ownership of all tasks required to carry out digital marketing projects.
• Schedule and lead all necessary meetings, create and run the agendas, capture and distribute all notes; ensure meetings are maximally productive in minimal time.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIRED:
• 3-5 years of proven project management and related experience
• 3+ years of project management; Agile / SCRUM experience a huge plus
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Knowledge in project management tools
• Experience in WordPress, a robust funnel solution click Clickfunnels, Stripe, Zapier, Jotform, Dropbox, Typeform, email marketing to include advanced automation (we use Active Campaign), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio is strongly preferred
• Experience managing a remote team of designers and developers or other team members
• Excellent English skills, with the ability to communicate well verbally and written
• Excellent analytical skill
• Experience in project tools like, Basecamp, Slack, Google Suite, LastPass, and Zoom
• Familiar with advanced project management practices like agile, scrum, waterfall or other experience within a digital agency environment.
• Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)

Work core hours are from 2PM – 10PM EST MON-FRI (Although we do work weekends during launches that happen 6 times a year.
This is a full-time role with a salary range of PHP50,000-70,000 monthly.
