Working Hours:
The successful candidate will be required to work a split shift, allowing for a break in the middle of the day. You will start your workday at 7 AM PHT (Philippine Time) and conclude at 5 PM PHT, Monday to Friday. This schedule aligns with Australian business hours, ensuring seamless collaboration with our Australian team members.
Break Times: You will be entitled to a break during the day to recharge. The timing and duration of this break can be discussed and agreed upon to suit your needs and maintain effective communication with the team.

Primary Role? ?and? ?Responsibilities?:
1. Champion the implementation of Agile values, principles, and practices across all levels of project execution to drive delivery excellence
2.,Expertly manage the lifecycle of sprints from planning to retrospectives, ensuring efficient workflow and continuous learning
Act as a facilitator for all scrum ceremonies, decision-making processes, and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment and transparency
3. Monitor team performance, proactively identifying and addressing impediments to maintain momentum and improve productivity
4. Collaborate closely with product owners to prioritize backlogs and clarify project priorities, ensuring a seamless flow of value delivery
5. Maintain team capacity and velocity tracking, providing insights for better predictability and planning in project roadmaps
Spearhead risk management initiatives, escalating and collaborating on mitigation strategies to safeguard project deliverables
6. Foster a robust Agile culture within the development teams, leveraging feedback and metrics to drive process enhancements.

Education & Experience:
1. Proficient in Agile methodologies with a solid grasp of facilitation, situational awareness, and conflict resolution
2. Expert knowledge of Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, and Agile Games
3. Proficient in tools that support Agile practices and possess the ability to coach teams in their adoption
4. Understand the dynamics of software development and possess the acumen to support technical decision-making
5. At least 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role for a software development team that has rigorously applied Scrum principles, practices, and theory
6. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field is preferred, with a track record of continued education in Scrum methodologies
7. Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or SAFe preferred
8. Experience with other Agile frameworks like XP, Lean, etc., is an asset.
