My name is Dylan Hey, the CEO and Co-Founder at Hey Digital. We help some of the largest SaaS companies in the world grow by managing their paid advertising campaigns across a variety of channels.

If you’re a sharp, motivated, and resourceful salesperson with a knack for striking genuine connections and carving out sales opportunities, we want you on our team!
The Role
As an SDR you are the front line in creating a strong first impression for Hey Digital. You’ll be the mastermind behind prospecting potential clients, diving deep into conversations, and setting the stage for success. Your responsibilities include:
Generating demand and discovery call bookings via outbound email and social channels.
Organising and routing inbound leads.
Ensuring our CRM (Hubspot) is kept up to date.
Orchestrating discovery calls, understanding potential clients’ needs, and positioning Hey Digital as the ideal solution.
Designing persuasive proposal decks that resonate with our brand and value proposition.
Compiling and delivering insightful weekly sales reports.
At Hey Digital all sales are currently led by me (Dylan) and the majority of our leads come inbound via our SEO and organic social media efforts. This means that in this role you’ll collaborate directly with me as our first sales-related hire and you’ll be responsible for increasing our demand via outbound efforts.

What You Bring
Familiarity with platforms such as , Instantly, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and Hubspot.
A knack for identifying potential leads and understanding the nuances of the SaaS and B2B tech verticals.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain keen attention to detail.
A proactive approach, always thinking two steps ahead.
