Job Description

As an Insurance Appointment Setter at Coast 2 Coast Life Brokers, you will play a vital role in facilitating client engagement and relationship building. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule appointments with potential clients who have expressed interest in our insurance products and services. Your focus will be on communication and coordination, ensuring a seamless handover to our expert sales team. We value fluency in English, and your excellent communication skills will contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Engagement: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from potential clients who have expressed interest in our insurance offerings, understanding their needs, and providing relevant information.
Qualification and Needs Analysis: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their insurance requirements, assess their current coverage, and determine eligibility for our products.
Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointment calendars, scheduling meetings between interested prospects and our expert insurance agents.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointment details using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Communication and Follow-up: Clearly and professionally communicate insurance information to prospects, answer their questions, and provide additional details as needed. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert potential clients into appointments.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Coordinate with our sales team to ensure a smooth handover of appointments and relevant client information.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
Proven experience in appointment setting or related roles within the insurance industry.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Persuasive, persistent, and skilled in handling objections.
Basic understanding of insurance products and terminology (training will be provided).
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
