Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. Our clients hire us to serve as their SDR team between their marketing and office teams to help them to bring in new customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, facilitate inbound calls, qualifying and scheduling appointments for our customers. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to work independently. This gig requires someone who is fluent in English and has prior experience in appointment setting and a strong understanding of sales processes.
What you’ll do:
Make 20-40 calls per day to leads who inquire from advertising campaigns with ability to followup with them ASAP
Establish communication with leads, qualifying and answering any questions they may have
Confirm appointments and communicated lead details with our client’s office staff
Followup with our client’s office staff after the appointment time
Re-engage leads who did not show up for appointments
What’s unique about this role is that you DO NOT need to build your own lists, or cold call. You’ll be only reaching out to warm leads who inquire about services and you’ll earn a commission on top of your wage for each appointment booked and attended.
You will be ‘on-call’ during a set schedule and must be able to immediately facilitate communication with leads. This is ideal for someone who works from home and it looking for additional income.
Responsibilities:
Become quickly educated on our client’s services so that you can explain the features and benefits to someone unfamiliar
Carefully follow a script when calling inbound leads who have shown an interest
Answer inbound and make outbound phone calls to leads inquiring about services
Communicate via phone, text, and email with leads
Qualify leads, and understand the types of consultations clients would like to set
Using the client’s schedule, set appointments as soon as possible for consultations
Keep track of leads in deal flow, take good notes, and follow processes
Help team members and those you interact with be successful, treat them with respect, and help make an inclusive environment where they enjoy working
Requirements:
Mastery level of English proficiency
Working knowledge of CRM software – Go High Level preferred
Be a people person, energetic, outgoing, friendly, and persuasive
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be highly organized with the ability to process information and make decisions quickly
Experience with Google Suite (GMail, Drive, Docs)
Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding targets and driving results and able to work independently (get the job done with little supervision)
Excellent and communication skills (verbal and written) with strong negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities

Available to work US Timezones in various shifts (9am ET to 9pm PT generally
