Job Description

We are looking for a Rock Star Appointment Setter to provide support to our company’s sales team by calling prospective clients and scheduling appointments for them to speak with a salesperson. A great appointment setter can also provide general customer and administrative support to our clients. We work in a call center or traditional office setting and have you report directly to a sales leader or team manager. This is an entry-level position, and we are looking for appointment setters to work full- or part-time hours. You may also need to work overtime hours as needed to support the needs of the sales team.

SDR focuses on generating new business opportunities for the company by contacting potential customers. Their job description includes the following:

1. Contact sales leads: The SDR is in charge of cold-calling and emailing prospective clients in order to prospect them as potential customers.

2. Setting up meetings: In order to further qualify leads and advance them through the sales funnel, the SDR is in charge of setting up meetings with prospective customers and sales personnel.

3. Maintaining CRM data: The SDR is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

4. Working with the sales team: The SDR works with sales reps to make sure that qualifying leads are transferred smoothly.

5. The SDR is in charge of monitoring and reporting on important success measures including productivity and conversion rates.

Overall, the SDR plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by contacting and qualifying leads for the sales team. They are responsible for identifying potential customers, assessing their needs, and scheduling meetings between them and sales representatives. The SDR works closely with the sales team to ensure that qualified leads are properly handed off and that feedback is used to improve the lead generation process.

Responsibilities
– Making calls and scheduling appointments with customers for a variety of different campaigns.

– Generating quality leads that turn into viable opportunities for our sales representatives.

– Handling customer service calls and resolving customer complaints.

– Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
Experience with setting & sales is preferred.

Sales Skills – Since appointment setters are often the first point of contact between a client and a company, they have basic knowledge of sales principles. They also know how to garner interest in the product or service that the company is selling

Appointment setters receive lists of potential clients from the sales team, and they are responsible for cold calling these prospects. They use these calls to determine the overall interest of prospective clients and eliminate clients who aren’t interested.
