ATTN, Top 1% Appointment Setters, we want you to join our team. The Ideal candidate will have experience in B2B appointment setting for a high-ticket service.

The Appointment Setter will be managing our cold outbound systems which are setup to reach 3000+ people every day, including LinkedIn, Cold Email, and Texts. The setter would be replying and contacting leads as they come in through multiple outbound channels and manually reaching out to potential prospects and booking them in our sales team’s calendar. Using tools like Go High Level and Instantly .io.

The Setter would also be maintaining our cold outbound systems including lead sourcing, cleaning and verifying using lead generation tools, setting up and managing the campaigns, A/B testing the scripts, and tracking results in sheets and our CRM.

**Key Requirements**

Appointment Setting Experience for a High Ticket Service in the B2B space.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Expert Knowledge of GoHighLevel: Proficiency in all aspects of the platform, including text messages, automation, lead management, and more.
LinkedIn Lead Generation Expertise: Familiarity with LinkedIn automation tools, in mail, connection campaigns, and the ability to initiate conversations and book demos.
Cold Email Automation Expertise: Expert knowledge of Cold Email outreach at scale to manage 100s of replies per day and convert them into bookings.

**Responsibilities:**

Managing GoHighLevel in and out, all features, functionalities, automations, triggers, opportunities, lead pipeline, adding contacts, and more.

Managing LinkedIn Lead Generation Campaigns, using Automation Softwares and Tools, should know how to set up the automation tools, set up inmail and connections campaigns, can start conversations, and book Demos.

Must have expert knowledge of Cold Email Automation software from start to finish, importing and exporting leads, setting up, starting campaigns, replying to prospects, starting conversations, and booking demos/discovery calls.

Deep Understanding of Email Deliverability, open rate, reply rate, positive reply rate, and appointment booking rate.

Calling is involved here, calling is required on on follow-ups, callbacks, inbound calls and outbound efforts.

Replying to prospects professionally and booking appointments in the sales team’s calendar.

Calling and following up 3 to 5 times to each engaged lead and conversation before marketing them as not interested.

KPI of 1-2 meetings booked per day.

Sending more information on emails to the prospects who ask for detailed information via email before booking a call.

Confirming booked appointments by marking them on GoHighLevel opportunities, informing the client, marking booked on the sheet, and making sure they are being put into GoHighLevel reminder and nurturing sequence.

Staying connected with us on Slack at all times to ensure a good relationship and address any queries about the appointments being scheduled for them.

Fast and reliable internet connection
Backup device and Internet.
Webcam (for team meetings)
Good quality headset with microphone for crisp and clear communication with prospects.
MUST know how to use team communication tools like Asana, Slack, Trello, etc
