The Role:
We’re seeking an Email Marketing/Cold Outreach Expert & Customer Support Manager to join our growing team. This role is crucial in manually crafting email campaigns and managing customer support inquiries via Slack, serving as a bridge as we continue to refine our AI technology. Your contributions will be key to our clients’ success and our platform’s growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective cold outreach email campaigns.
Handle customer inquiries and provide support via Slack, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with our team to understand client needs and refine their ICPs.
Utilize our internal technology (similar to HubSpot CRM) for campaign management and execution.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of email outreach strategies and customer support interactions.
Offer insights to enhance our AI-driven prospecting, research capabilities, and customer support processes.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English, with exceptional writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM technologies, ideally with functionalities similar to HubSpot.
Ability to work asynchronously, with flexibility in hours.
Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
Previous experience in email marketing, cold outreach, customer support, or related fields.
