SDR / Inbox Manager

I am looking for an SDR or Inbox Manager. This is similar to email support, except it has some sales components. You will be responding to incoming emails from leads we have contacted for B2B services. You will be qualifying/disqualifying the leads, communicating with them, and then scheduling sales meetings with the qualified leads.

Your Main Responsibilities:
– Oversee multiple client inboxes (Gmail)
– Respond & communicate with leads
– Follow up with leads
– Schedule meetings for our clients (mainly with Calendly)
– Keep a report on meetings booked for our clients

The Ideal Candidate:
– Has super English written skills
– Follows instructions exactly
– Can learn from both SOPs and 1-on-1 calls
– Is comfortable with frequent communication with the team
– Must be trainable and take direction well
– Some experience in sales, business development, lead generation, etc.
– Some experience in virtual customer service, chat/email support, etc.

We will communicate through Slack and Google Meet. You must have access to a microphone and camera during your shift in case I need to call you.

About Us:
Our company is called LeadWolf. We are a B2B lead generation agency, meaning we work with other businesses to get them sales calls. We do this through cold email, which is sometimes also referred to as email marketing.
We send emails on their behalf to leads that we think might want their services, and then we handle the responses from those emails. We have several clients, each with their own email inboxes. Every inbox will receive replies from leads that we have contacted, and your main role will be to communicate with leads that have replied.
We are a small company – right now, it’s just me (Peter) and one other person who only works on an as-needed basis. I’m the only person you will have contact with. We are looking to add multiple team members in the coming weeks/months.

In short:
– We send out emails to leads
– Some of those leads respond to us
– You communicate with those leads and try to book them into sales meetings with our clients

Hours:
– 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time (ET)
– Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day – so 40 hours a week

Time Zone:
We run on Eastern Time, which is 12 hours behind Manila Time.
For example, if it is 2 PM Thursday in Eastern Time, it is 2 AM Friday in Manila Time.
This is important because you must be available between 9 AM and 5 PM Eastern Time – which is between 9 PM and 5 AM Manila Time.

Pay:
TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and experience. Minimum $4.00 USD/hour. If you have significant experience in email support, SDR/BDR experience, or as an inbox manager, this rate could be higher.
Pay will be calculated by Hubstaff’s time tracking function. Note: The system takes screenshots of the employee’s desktop every 10 minutes. This is to prevent employees from working for multiple businesses at once.
