You could be our next SDR superstar if you:
Have demonstrated success in outbound B2B sales for businesses with $20m or less annual revenue
Show a preference for working with agencies, with a proven track record in this area
Possess excellent written and oral English communication skills
Are proficient with HubSpot or a similar CRM system
Are a confident, resourceful, and highly motivated self-starter
Can reliably generate a minimum of two new clients per week through effective lead generation
Are experienced in social media and cold calling as lead generation channels

Work Responsibilities Include:
Representing Frontspace with comprehensive knowledge of our solutions, using research to explain how we meet client needs
Generating leads and building relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales executives for the next steps
Identifying best practices to create and refine Frontspace’s lead-generation playbook
Leveraging our CRM system, social media, and cold calling to generate leads
Cultivating relationships with potential clients and converting them into loyal customers
Meeting or exceeding the minimum target of two new clients per week
Constantly updating your knowledge of our services and the broader digital marketing landscape
Collaborating closely with our sales team to optimize lead generation strategies

Expectations:
Utilize your excellent communication skills to engage potential clients
Consistently deliver high-quality work and meet sales targets

Tools & Communication:
We primarily use HubSpot, Dropbox, Teamwork, Loom and Slack
You must be accessible via Slack during working hours
Excellent English communication skills are essential

Qualifications and Skills:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales development or a similar role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B outbound sales for businesses with $20m or less annual revenue
Experience in outbound sales for agencies is preferred
Extensive experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
Excellent understanding of social media platforms and cold calling techniques
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
